In this project I implemented an A/B testing project for Globox's new landing page banner, resulting in an 18% increase in conversion rates without affecting the average spend. The project involved a thorough analysis that revealed potential category cannibalization, influencing the decision to avoid a full-scale launch. Instead, strategic iterations and extended testing were recommended to validate the findings with a larger sample size. This approach ensured alignment with revenue goals and optimization of user experience. The project demonstrated skills in A/B test design, statistical analysis, data visualization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management, using tools such as Tableau, Python, and SQL.
